TIPS OF TEACHING READING SKILL

BACKROUND

Before I share the tips. I would like to explain the items related to the tips.
Reading can not be separated from people`s activities. They read almost anything, anytime, and any place.

WHAT`S READING.


Reading is both process and of product of human`s learning to gain knowledge from what is read. Reading covers the understanding of symbol, letter, word, sentences and meaning.

WHY TO TEACH READING.

There are many reasons why getting students to read text is an important part of teachers` job.
1. To make students eager to find out ideas and information of the world by encouraging them to read
2. To motivate the students to be their custom.
3. To provide a good models for writing.
4. To provide opportunities to study language.
5. To produce interesting topics.
6. Etc.

WHY DO WE READ.

In our lives, we usually read because we have some purposes, such as:

1. There are something that we want to find out.
2. We want to clarify some information
3. We need other opinions which we want to confirm
4. For happiness.
5. Etc
